What is the Unlimited Wash Club?

Our Unlimited Car Wash Club is a membership service that pays for itself in just over 2 washes per month! It gives members the opportunity to wash their car or truck once daily for an entire month! An incredible value and great way to protect your investment in your vehicle.

How often may I wash my vehicle in a month?

You can wash your vehicle once every day that our facilities are open.

How much does it cost to join?

Are there long term contracts when I join?

Absolutely not! You can cancel any time. There are no long term contracts or cancellation fees.

Does the Unlimited Wash Club charge my credit or debit card on a monthly basis?

Yes. Your credit card will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your membership to ensure there is no lapse of service.

Do each of the vehicles I own need its own membership?

Yes. Each vehicle enrolled in our unlimited car wash club receives a unique bar code.

What if I sell my car?

If you would like to transfer your Unlimited Car Wash Club plan to another vehicle please click on the tab Car Change Request Form. Fill out a form and a Customer Service Representative will contact you within 48hrs to confirm your request.

How do I cancel my Unlimited Wash Club Membership?

Click on the "Cancellation Request Form" tab shown above, fill out the form and submit. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your cancellation request.

I understand that with the unlimited wash package I've purchased, the following conditions apply:

To cancel your membership, please go to www.cancel.palmscarwash.com.
Unlimited washes may not be available during inclement weather, holidays, or while the operations are temporarily closed due to equipment upgrades/repairs.
Unlimited car washes (and vacs) are available between 8am-7pm, while attendant is on duty, weather permitting.
The Basic wash package offers limited towel drying & prepping services.
The registered vehicle is allowed an unlimited amount of monthly car washes, not to exceed 1 wash per day. Our free vacuums are available after you've washed your car at our location.
Palms Car Wash reserves the right to cancel service for any reason and refund any unused portion to the customer with a credit to their credit card. We will notify you via email prior to cancellation.
The Unlimited Wash Packages are PROHIBITED FOR RIDE SHARE VEHICLES, & TAXIS/FLEET VEHICLES.
Palms Car Wash may elect to raise or reduce pricing according to market conditions. You will be given 30 days' notice (via email) in the event your package has a rate increase.
This is an ongoing monthly payment subscription (to be charged to the card used to purchase this membership).
